Purchased a Mille product? If your Mille product ever has an issue, do let us know.
When sourcing for materials, we only select donated materials that are durable to us. Everything we produce is built to last, and we back up that promise with our F4MILLE guarantee*. After all, the longer a product lasts, the less impact it will have in the long run. Our warranty covers any defects or handcrafted failures and everything we make is guaranteed.
We’ll repair it or if need be, replace it.
Exclusions
Mille is not responsible for damage caused by negligence or wear and tear outside of defects in manufacturing. However, we still have your back! If something happens to your Mille product that falls outside of warranty, send it back to us and we’ll repair for you at no charge.
